Eurovignette General Terms and Conditions

You hereby instruct AGES to carry out the transaction and to pay the amount due for the vignette to the relevant Eurovignette countries (L, S).

 

If the card used has not been issued to you personally, you instruct AGES on behalf and on account of the company to which the card has been issued.

 

You agree, that in addition to require the booking for the Eurovignette data including your current identified IP address will be stored. The IP address is deleted 3 years after the end of the Eurovignette validity.

 

If you wish to obtain a refund of any money paid for a vignette, please use the refund procedure. You can find further information about the procedure and its requirements at Information on refunds.

 

Any disputes arising under or in connection with the transactions carried out will be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts at the place where AGES Toll I GmbH has its registered office will have jurisdiction for any disputes.
